With 9 office locations in the St George, Shire and South West area, as we continue to grow, we're looking for Junior Assistant Property Managers to join our award winning team based in Cronulla and Brighton-Le-Sands. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in Real Estate and be mentored by the best in the industry. Full training provided with opportunities for future career growth.
As a Junior Assistant Property Manager you will:
· Support the property manager in the day-to-day management of their portfolio
· Conduct routine inspections
· Liaise with landlords and tenants
· Coordinate and action repairs and maintenance requests
The successful candidates will have:
· Current NSW Certificate of Registration – essential to the role
· Current drivers licence and reliable car
· Some previous experience in real estate would be an advantage
· Articulate, outgoing and confident with strong customer service focus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Professional personal presentation
· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player
