Hours: Flexible weekday shifts between 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

White Lion Café is a vibrant, locally owned café serving specialty coffee, creative drinks, and a friendly community vibe. We're looking for an experienced Café All-Rounder / Barista who can confidently handle independent shifts and deliver great service with a smile.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare quality espresso coffee and café beverages to our house standards
  • Serve customers efficiently with genuine hospitality
  • Operate POS and handle cash/EFTPOS transactions
  • Assist with food preparation, plating, and general café duties
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Open or close the café independently when required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous barista or café experience (preferred)
  • Confident working independently and under pressure during busy periods
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Availability for weekday shifts (Monday–Friday)
  • Food Safety or Barista certification a plus (not essential)
