What You Can Expect

Established Private Clinic: Our long-standing clinic has been providing services in the Moreton Bay region for over 10 years and continues to grow stronger each year.

Supportive Team: Access to in-house supervision and support from our whole team to help you navigate your first year.

Balanced Caseload: A tailored schedule that grows with you, including a combination of clinic-based and community-based clients. We'll support you in developing additional skills in your areas of interest.

Professional Development: Access regular 1:1 supervision, team case studies, and peer supervision. Build your areas of passion and develop your career learning pathways with a PD allowance of up to $2,000 per year plus paid study leave.

Dedicated Admin Support: Our admin team coordinates all client paperwork and follows up on what you need—freeing up your time to focus on what matters most: client outcomes.

Flexible Work Options: Choose full-time or part-time, with hours between 7:30am–5:00pm and a half-day Friday

About You

You're someone who leads with confidence and intention. You bring:

  • Graduation from your Speech Pathology degree in 2025
  • A passion for working with children, young people, and (optionally) adults
  • Enthusiasm for being part of a fun and supportive multidisciplinary team
  • Initiative and enjoyment of problem-solving
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A willingness to continue self-development and professional growth
