Marketing Specialist

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to help us bring our client strategies to life. This is a dynamic role for someone who wants to work across a variety of projects, clients and industries — all while building a career in a close-knit and values-driven agency.

About the Role

Working closely with our Account Director and creative team, you'll play a key part in shaping content, coordinating campaigns, and producing high-quality assets that connect with the right audiences at the right time.

Your day might include:

· Writing and building email marketing campaigns (EDMs) that convert

· Coordinating the delivery of digital and print content

· Liaising with clients and stakeholders to gather content and approvals

· Supporting campaign reporting, scheduling and optimisation

· Briefing designers and creatives with clear, concise project details

· Helping manage projects from strategy to execution

What You'll Bring

· A degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, media or a related field

· 2–3 years' experience in a marketing coordinator role

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisation and time management skills - you know how to keep multiple balls in the air

· A knack for content creation, whether it's EDM copy, social captions or website blurbs

· Confidence using design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (bonus)

· An eagerness to learn and confidence picking up new platforms and software

· A flexible, team-first attitude - you're just as happy working autonomously as you are jumping in to help others
