About the Role
  • Deliver functional capacity assessments and meaningful intervention plans that support people to live with more confidence and autonomy.
  • Build skills in daily living, emotional regulation, and community participation through compassionate, trauma-informed practice.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (psychologists, BSPs, OTs, speech pathologists) to provide wrap-around, survivor-led care.
  • Support individuals across home, community, and supported accommodation settings — wherever care is most needed.
  • Create safety, connection, and dignity in every interaction — not compliance.
About You
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with strong clinical and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with psychosocial or physical disabilities, ideally in community or disability contexts.
  • Passionate about trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based practice.
  • Able to work independently with strong time management and communication skills.
  • Deep respect for lived experience — whether your own or that of the people you support.
