Job Title: Casual Content Creator & Videographer

Location: Multiple locations, with main location in North Parramatta

Employment Type: Start as Casual (3 days per week), with full time potential based on performance.

Company: Flawless Aesthetics Clinics

Salary: Starting 35- $40/hr + Performance bonuses + free and heavily reduced skin and cosmetic treatments in-house.

The Role

As our Casual Content Creator & Videographer, you'll be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality visual content for our social media, website, and marketing campaigns + an in-house training program. This is a hands-on role where you'll start with working 3 days a week in-house at our clinics, capturing the essence of our vibrant team and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating trendy, creative videos and graphics for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Filming and editing short-form videos, patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content.
  • Brainstorming fresh ideas that think outside the box to boost our online presence and patient engagement.
  • Collaborating with our full time in-house marketing team to align content with clinic goals and trends.
  • Ensuring all content is bubbly, fun, and aligned with our brand's positive vibe.

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Creative and Trendy: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and content strategies.
  • Bubbly and Out-of-the-Box Thinker: Energetic personality with a knack for innovative ideas that surprise and delight audiences.
  • Experienced: Proven track record in content creation and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your work (e.g., social media campaigns, videos, or similar projects).
  • Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Canva, or equivalent for video editing and graphic design.
  • Comfortable working in a casual, flexible environment with availability for 3 days per week (Monday- Wednesday-Friday).
  • Bonus: Experience in health or wellness content, but not essential.
