Job Description

We are seeking a Program Coordinator with a passion for supporting complex IT delivery programs to provide high-quality program coordination and administrative services to help drive successful outcomes across key technology initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with the Program Director and Technology Program Manager to ensure smooth coordination and execution of program activities. You will serve as the main point of contact for program-related communications, manage logistics for workshops and key activities, and produce critical reports for senior stakeholders. Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be essential in maintaining momentum and clarity across the program.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support within IT Project Delivery
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, including procurement processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to work across various IT disciplines
  • Sound knowledge of project delivery lifecycle and governance
  • Availability to work onsite in Adelaide at least 3 days per week
