Synergie is seeking Production | Assembly Workers to join a fast-growing, Australian-owned manufacturer of precision-engineered steel framing systems in Edinburgh. This role offers full-time hours with potential permanency after probation.

Pay Rate: $35.16/hr + penalties

Hours: 5:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday

About the Role

You'll be assembling steel frames for residential homes in a fast-paced factory environment. The role is hands-on and physically active.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble steel frame components using hand and power toolsRepetitive manual handling up to 20kgFollow diagrams, work instructions, and production plans accuratelyWork efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targetsPerform quality checks and report any issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What We're Looking For

Physically fit candidates capable of repetitive tasksMotivated, reliable, and hands-on team playersExperience in manufacturing, assembly, or construction is a plus, but training is providedStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
