- Managing programmes and initiatives related to safety ('zero harm' culture) and risk management.
Our busiest time of the year is the annual post-winter harvest period, which can last for up to three months and involves managing several harvest casuals and contractors in receiving thousands of tonnes of grain from local growers. It's an incredibly rewarding experience seeing local grain fill up silos and bunkers, delivered by diverse, hardworking and passionate teams.
