Food & Beverage Attendant | High Flyer Hotel
The High Flyer Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our friendly team The ideal candidate must hold a current RSA, be 18 years as alcohol service is required, and have good availability across days, nights, and weekends. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests, maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to the smooth running of our bar and dining areas. If you're passionate about hospitality and ready to be part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you

A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant

  • Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
  • Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
  • From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
  • Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent Requirements

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently

About You

  • You're a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
  • You're a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
  • You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
  • Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
