About the role:

Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation in Manly are on the lookout for experienced Disability Support Workers who truly walk the talk. If you're passionate about delivering person-centered care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disability, we'd love to hear from you 

"Flexibility is key—we're seeking team members available for a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts, any day from Monday to Sunday." 

Location: Manly 

Classification: Permanent Part time 

Salary: SCHADS Award Level 2 with pay point dependent on qualifications and experience 

Roster: Need to be able to work across mornings, afternoons, evening and night shifts 

Duties:

  • Domestic Assistance – Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Personal Care – Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Achieve Goals Together – Implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals.
  • Community Connection – Assist with social outings and community participation.
  • Stay Informed – Understand each client's needs and adapt to changes.
  • Positive Engagement – Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team.

Requirements:

  • NSW Drivers Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
  • A current Working With Children's check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • NDIS Workers Check.
  • Completion of NDIS worker orientation module and safe and enjoyable meals
