  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of project budgets and forecasts
  • Track project expenses and ensure they are aligned with approved budgets
  • Support the Senior Cost Controller in analyzing cost variances and identifying risks or discrepancies
  • Prepare routine cost reports and summaries for management and project stakeholders
  • Coordinate with procurement, project, and finance teams to collect and verify cost-related data
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a financial or cost control role (internship or entry-level experience considered)
  • Basic understanding of project budgeting and financial principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
