Role Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that support business growth objectives. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to optimise user acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel digital campaigns and content creation. You will also support our team in maintaining existing and building new industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company growth targets
  • Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including paid, organic, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective lead generation
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Manage content creation, including digital assets, email marketing, and event promotion
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Manage and optimise A/B testing, SEO, landing page optimisation, website design and maintenance and other growth techniques.

About You

  • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally in B2B or coworking sectors
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including PPC, SEO, social, and email marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track and report on performance
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
