Casual rate: $30-$38 per hour (including casual loading)

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission—empowering individuals with disabilities to live life to the fullest. You'll support clients in their homes and communities, encouraging independence, social participation, and personal growth.

We're looking for energetic, compassionate people who are ready to step into a rewarding and people-focused career. Beginners are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support and personal care to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation and domestic tasks
  • Support clients in engaging with the community and participating in social activities
  • Assist with medication, manual handling, and mobility (including hoist transfers)
  • Accurately document progress notes, incident reports, and handovers
  • Promote choice, independence, and dignity in every aspect of care
  • Manage and respond to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability/Aged Care (preferred but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Module
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
