With over 5 years of experience supporting NDIS participants across NSW, we are now proudly expanding our services in Sydney — and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated **Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team.

**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be supporting participants with a range of disabilities including autism, physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. Your role will focus on helping individuals achieve their goals, participate in the community, and live as independently as possible.

**Duties include**:

- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Supporting with community access and social inclusion
- Implementing behaviour support plans and documentation
- Assisting with domestic tasks such as meal prep and cleaning
- Providing transport to appointments and activities
- Building positive, trusting relationships with participants and families

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or working toward)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable vehicle, valid Driver’s Licence, and comprehensive car insurance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for empowering people with disabilities

**Highly regarded**:

- Experience supporting participants with autism or complex needs
- Cultural awareness, particularly in working with Aboriginal communities
- Lived experience or bilingual skills
