YOUR NEW ROLE
This key leadership position is responsible for managing business administration, contract management, and procurement projects across the Visitor Experience & Engagement (VE&E) portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of operational leadership and strategic delivery, the role ensures high-impact projects are successfully realised and departmental targets are met or exceeded

ARE YOU THE ONE?
In this role you will:
- Provide high-level strategic advice and leadership across business operations, procurement, contract management, compliance, and commercial activities within the VE&E portfolio.
- Lead the planning and delivery of complex, high-value commercial tenders, such as food and beverage, retail, and product licensing, ensuring transparency and alignment with NSW Government procurement guidelines.
Hold tertiary qualifications in business management and/or bring relevant experience and knowledge in procurement practices, gained through diverse pathways.
Bring significant experience in tourism or hospitality leadership, ideally in General Manager or senior leadership roles within small-to-medium organisations.
Skilled in leading large, complex tender processes involving high levels of risk, with a proven ability to deliver outcomes effectively and responsibly.
Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance.
