About the Role

You'll manage a range of projects across Victoria, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

This role suits someone with strong project management skills who's confident dealing with clients, managing costs, and keeping site teams on track. While experience in asbestos, soil remediation or industrial services is desirable, we're open to candidates from other industries with transferable PM skills.

Responsibilities
  • Full lifecycle project management, from handover to close-out
  • Overseeing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client liaison and relationship management
  • Overall budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Developing and maintaining project programs and schedules
  • Managing subcontractors and coordinating internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with all HSEQ and site requirements
  • Conducting frequent site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and provide detailed project status reports
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and living our values
  • Reporting directly to the Construction Manager and collaborating closely with the Estimating Team, Operations Manager, and HSEQ Manager.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and claims
  • Self-motivated, confident, honest and reliable
  • A team player who values relationships. Someone who enjoys mentoring staff and playing a key role in team success
  • Industry experience in asbestos removal, soil remediation, or industrial coatings is very desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to travel to site across metro and regional Victoria as required
