Asbestos Removal Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our team in various locations. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be part of a close-knit team that values teamwork and collaboration.

The Role

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Asbestos Removal Supervisor to supervise asbestos removal teams, conduct site assessments, develop asbestos removal plans, coordinate with project managers and clients, and monitor work progress and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise asbestos removal teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop asbestos removal plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure clear communication and adherence to project schedules.
  • Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that all removal activities are performed safely and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in asbestos removal.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of asbestos regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and state-specific requirements.
  • Current asbestos supervisor certification/license (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • White Card.
  • High Risk Work License/EWP license - Preferable or ability to obtain.
  • Working at Heights - Preferable or ability to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check - Preferable or ability to obtain.
