Executive Manager, Business and Infrastructure

Location: Bruce, ACT | Salary: $150,000 + super + salary packaging | 5 weeks annual leave + Xmas shutdown

This is a pivotal executive role within CRCS a respected community organisation creating inclusive, connected communities across Canberra and the ACT

As Executive Manager, Business and Infrastructure, you'll partner closely with the CEO and Board to shape the organisations financial sustainability and operational strength. You'll oversee finance, IT, facilities, and business services, leading a capable and collaborative team that shares your commitment to delivering real social impact.

About You

You're a seasoned financial and operational leader, perhaps a CFO, Head of Corporate Services, or COO and are ready to bring your expertise to an organisation where purpose and community are the key drivers.

You'll bring:

  • CPA/CA qualifications and a background in finance, business, or infrastructure leadership.
  • Experience leading business operations in complex or regulated environments (such as aged care, education, health, or community services)
  • Strong governance understanding, and comfort operating in a complex and often ambiguous sector.
