About the Company

We are a busy 8-chair clinic with a supportive team of dentists and staff, providing a wide variety of treatments – from general and cosmetic dentistry through to implants, orthodontics, surgical procedures, and more.

With three additional practices across the Ipswich area, you'll enjoy variety and exposure to a broad scope of dentistry as part of your role.

Our team supports patients in all areas of dentistry – general, major, implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic.

We pride ourselves on a dynamic, fun, and supportive culture. You'll work alongside front office coordinators, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, GA coordinators, and be supported by approachable Practice Managers and a collaborative management team.

Role: Dental Assistant

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking to join a thriving, fast-paced practice? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a range of dental procedures, including implants, orthodontics, and full mouth rehab
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise equipment, and ensure materials are ready for procedures
• Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure an efficient workflow

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilisation techniques, and procedures
• Passion for patient care and teamwork
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Roster

• 2 × 8hr shifts per week
• 2 × 12hr shifts per week
• 1 × 6hr Saturday shift per fortnight

Role: Front Office Coordinator

Do you have reception or customer service experience and want to be part of a thriving, fast-paced dental practice? This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and keeping a busy clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and email enquiries
• Support patients with questions, concerns, and documentation/forms
• Liaise between patients and the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Make outbound calls for recalls and treatment follow-ups
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks

Requirements

• Experience in reception or customer service (preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, problem-solving approach when supporting patients
• Positive attitude and passion for building rapport with patients and the team

Roster

• 2 × 8hr shifts per week
• 2 × 12hr shifts per week
• 1 × 6hr Saturday shift per fortnight
