What You Will Do
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this executive leadership role is a key member of the Executive Management Team. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality transport solutions. The role requires strategic collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Lead a team of professionals and manage all aspects of sales within bus, coach and power solutions, including strategic leadership, market analysis & competitor insights, sales performance, customer focus, commercial operations and process improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Represent the organization in public forums, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in transportation or logistics, preferably in public or private bus services or in the bus manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of transport regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in transport, logistics, business, or a related field.
