With nearly two decades of experience, we pride ourselves on the safe and dependable transportation of livestock, petroleum, and bulk commodities throughout Northern Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Queensland. Our fleet of over 130 prime movers ensures top-notch service and reliability.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Livestock Transport Manager to join our team based in Muchea, WA. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong understanding of livestock handling and transport operations. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and operational support to clients and Depot Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the handling and care of livestock, including sheep and cattle.
  • Maintain and repair fencing, yards, and water systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety management systems, including inductions, speed, fatigue, loading, and vehicle standards.
  • Apply knowledge of WA PBS-based standards and the RAV network to ensure adherence to Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Law.
  • Educate employees and contractors on compliance requirements and best practices.

About You

  • Proven hands-on experience with livestock (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of animal husbandry and farm safety practices.
  • Understanding of Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Law, Accreditation Standards, and Chain of Responsibility legislation.
  • Familiarity with NHVR regulations (desirable).
  • MC Licence required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
