About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking an experienced Dogman to join our team in Perth, WA on a casual basis. As a Dogman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on construction sites. This hands-on role is essential to the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Directing the movement of loads using hand and communication signals to crane operators
  2. Selecting and inspecting appropriate slings, chains, and other lifting equipment
  3. Securing loads and monitoring their movement to prevent accidents or damage
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  5. Providing training and guidance to other team members as needed
  6. Maintaining detailed records of all lifting operations

What we're looking for

  1. Tower Crane dogging experience essential
  2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  3. Thorough understanding of rigging and slinging techniques
  4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  6. Current high-risk work licence (dogger) and other relevant certifications
