The role

As our Senior Business Analyst, you will work side-by-side with business and technical teams to document and analyse processes, gather requirements, and recommend smart solutions that drive real improvement. You will play a key role in mapping cloud applications and servers to business owners and cost centres, collaborating on IT projects, and preparing clear documentation like project briefs—all within our ICT Modernisation Program.

You'll thrive on building trust with stakeholders, translating business needs into practical options, and communicating effectively with everyone from technical experts to business leaders. Whether you're working independently or as part of a team, your cloud knowledge, understanding of SaaS, BaaS, STaaS and IaaS, and experience with IT service charge back and billing models will help deliver results that matter.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Solid cloud knowledge and understanding of applications and cloud services (SaaS, BaaS, STaaS, IaaS)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with IT service charge back and billing models
  • Strong requirements gathering skills and workshop facilitation
  • Proven ability to prepare IT documentation such as business / functional requirements and project briefs
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Skill in mapping cloud applications and servers to business owners and cost centres
  • Resilience in managing changing priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment

Key knowledge and experience

  • Experience working as an IT business analyst or equivalent roles
  • Solid knowledge of cloud services and applications
  • Advanced facilitation and workshop skills
  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis frameworks and methodology

Essential requirements

  • Minimum of five years Business Analysis experience in requirements elicitation and development of business and functional requirements
