YOU:

You are self-motivated with a strong team focus and have great communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills. Although you are a hands-on, energetic team player you can also work autonomously and take initiative to get the job done. You are a fast learner with good computer skills and have a willingness to advance in this field. You are confident and presentable and have a proactive approach to sales and upselling.

Minimum skill requirements:

  • Current plumber, drainer or a Cert 3 in civil pipe laying
  • Must have current drivers licence
  • White / blue card
  • Other construction industry qualifications/tickets will be highly regarded
  • Customer service experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to learn and progress with the company
  • Presentable and confidant
  • Motivated and fast learner
  • Reading long sections
  • Shooting heights

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous however training will be provided for the right applicants that are willing to apply themselves.

As our Civil pipe layer, your role will involve but not be limited to:

  1. Reading & Following Plans
  2. Jobs completed correctly and On time
  3. Ordering Materials
  4. Following safety process's
  5. Working as a team
  6. Communicating with Clients & Team members
  7. Weekly management meetings/toolbox.
  8. Attend Professional Development courses
