HR Administration– Part-time /Casual Role (ABN Preferred)

Rise Above Consulting is a growing HR consultancy that partners with small to medium businesses across Australia, providing practical, people-focused HR support. We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our small team on a part-time or casual basis, with the option to work under your own ABN.

This is a flexible role that will give you exposure to a wide variety of industries, clients, and HR challenges. You'll be supported and mentored while also building your own capability and confidence as an HR professional.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering HR generalist services to a diverse client base
  • Supporting recruitment processes end-to-end, from job ads to contracts
  • Assisting with employee relations matters and HR documentation
  • Preparing contracts, position descriptions, policies and HR audits
  • Working across client sites, remotely, and occasionally in-office
  • Assisting with strategic HR projects as required

What we're looking for

  • A genuine interest in small business and supporting people
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and environments
  • ABN preferred, though not essential
  • Someone studying or with qualifications in HR - Students and graduates looking to develop their HR career are welcome
