Continuity Care is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Trainee to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in the workforce and wanting to build real skills while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

You gain hands on experience across our Aged Care and Disability Services, Working with a team that values growth, learning and quality support.

About the Role

As our Business Trainee, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to our operations and care teams
  • Assist with client enquiries, communication and document management
  • Support HR and rostering tasks such as filing, onboarding documents and data entry
  • Learn how to manage records, privacy requirements and compliance processes
  • Develop professional skills in organisation, problem-solving, customer service and teamwork
  • Gain exposure to the disability and aged care sectors while working with experienced leaders
