Based in Cannon Hill, this 12-month Business Administration Traineeship will be within the Billing team performing administration support. **The Team** The trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation. An organisation where people are working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability. With over 5,000 staff operating over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland and New South Wales and Victoria, the Endeavour Foundation offers choice, opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home, work, learning and community participation. This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business **What will you bring to the role?** Our team will teach you during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: - An aspiration to work in an office environment - An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well - Internal customer service and liaise with other departments within Endeavour - Understand the importance of client privacy - Has a natural ability to pick up systems quickly - Enjoy working with data - Ability to work Monday to Friday full time - Pass a Police Check - Able to obtain a blue card & NDIS Workers Screening check (we pay for this) - Provide two references - Bring a keen attitute and a willingness to learn **Who We Are?** **Community Solutions **is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn.
