Your New Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be the face of the brand, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every customer who walks through the door. You'll lead a small team with heart and purpose, balancing daily operations with a focus on connection and consistency. From driving sales and styling appointments to maintaining a beautiful space, you'll have the freedom to make the store your own while being supported by a brand that values authenticity and people.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a passionate team to deliver a calm and thoughtful customer experience
  • Oversee daily store operations including rostering, visual merchandising and stock management
  • Build lasting customer relationships through personalised service and genuine conversation
  • Drive sales results and motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards across every touchpoint
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching and create a culture built on trust and teamwork
  • Contribute to the broader brand story through feedback, community connection and service excellence

  • Proven success and experience in a Store Manager role within fashion or lifestyle retail
  • Passion for natural fabrics, sustainability and quality craftsmanship
  • Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Organised and commercially minded with experience managing KPIs and store performance
