About the Role
The Integration Analyst will play a key role in supporting the aged care management system by designing, developing and maintaining system integrations that enhance data accuracy, streamline operations and support service delivery.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Integration Analyst will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation. The position is responsible for gathering requirements, developing integration solutions, supporting testing, and ensuring seamless implementation and transition into ongoing business processes.
This is a fixed term, full time opportunity for 12 months from commencement. Based at our Fortitude Valley office, this role follows a hybrid work arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and document integrations between business systems in line with organisational needs
- Effective internal and external communication, clarify stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing system integrations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the ICT team to update and improve procedural documentation and user guides
- Support testing activities including system upgrades, regression testing and user acceptance testing
- Assist with vendor engagement and coordination, including development of proposal requests and technical specifications
- Deliver training and support to end users during implementation
- Provide timely support and ensure ongoing maintenance of integrated systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team collaboration
About You
You are a proactive and analytical professional with a strong background in systems integration or similar ICT roles. You are confident working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels and can explain complex technical concepts in a clear and practical way.
You are passionate about improving systems and processes and understand how technology can be used to support high quality care services.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- High level proficient experience within Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience in system integration design, development and delivery
- Strong data mapping and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of integration platforms such as Dell Boomi or UiPath (desirable)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience in testing and validation processes, including UAT and regression testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver outcomes
- Experience in the aged care, disability or community services sector is an advantage
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- Current Queensland driver licence and willingness to travel within the service region
