Residential Gardens is a 106 resident aged care facility located in Rooty Hill and specialises in Residents who come from a Spanish Speaking Culturally and Linguistically background.  The organisation actively purses continuous improvement and customer service and works very hard to maintain the best quality service for our Residents.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly, committed person to join our inclusive team in a supportive working environment. You will guide a team of Registered Nurses and Carers to ensure our residents are provided with excellent quality care, that supports their choices and preferences. 

This role is permanent part-time.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and have previous experience in the Aged Care industry. Have a personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, be eager to develop yourself, your staff and the overall continuous improvement of the Centre.  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Current APHRA registration.
  • Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator, or in a similar senior clinical role in aged care.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards, accreditation process, person centred and relationship-based care principles.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in applying sound clinical knowledge and awareness using holistic nursing processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Continuous improvement
  • Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Valid Police Check & up to date vaccinations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work well with other staff.
  • Ability to develop key relationships at all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to speak and write Spanish, is desirable.
