The role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administratorto join the Maintenance team at our Kalgoorlie office. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of maintenance documentation, department compliance, management of statutory records, auditing and general department support.
Tasks include organisation of the Topdrill Fleet and associated planned maintenance, asset registers, assist in the co-ordination of flights and accommodation bookings and be responsible for accurate efficient data entry.
The position is one where you will work independently and guide associated team members, the successful applicant must be autonomous in their work whilst able to problem solve and have the ability to anticipate future maintenance needs where required.
The position is residential Kalgoorlie-based (5:2 roster), with occasional requirement to work weekends to support site access if a breakdown occurs.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Minimum 'C' class unencumbered driver's licence
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach
- Self-motivated, punctual, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
