As a Contractor Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll have full flexibility to choose your own hours and caseload while working with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across NSW, QLD, and VIC.

We handle all clinical administration for you, including service agreements, BSP editing and uploading, so you can focus on client outcomes. You'll also have access to our Clinical Hub with BSP templates and resources, peer supervision, mentoring, and free access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) via NewPsych.

You don't need to bring your own clients — referrals are provided based on your location, skills, and capacity. We offer competitive rates, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team culture that values connection, wellbeing, and growth.
