We're looking for an exceptionally driven, highly motivated, and proactive Public Relations Manager to join our growing marketing team, elevate our public presence, and take full ownership of shaping the perception of our brand.

This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing, and you'll have the opportunity to lead and own our PR strategy, driving awareness, fostering credibility, and building lasting relationships with the media, influencers, and the community.

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

What You'll Do

As our Public Relations Manager, you will own and execute the PR strategy that positions Freedom as a household name. You will:

• Drive press releases and manage media features, ensuring our name is always in the spotlight with the media.

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, journalists, and media contacts to secure top-tier coverage.

• Enhance third-party credibility through thought leadership opportunities and partnerships with industry leaders.

• Lead our CSR initiatives, building our philanthropic profile while showcasing our commitment to the community.

• Implement guerrilla marketing campaigns that disrupt the industry and get people talking about Freedom.

• Strategically manage partnerships and referral networks to broaden our reach and align with other top brands.

This is not a passive role. We need someone who is proactive, consistently driving initiatives forward, and taking full ownership of their work. You'll be expected to go above and beyond, continuously seeking new opportunities to raise Freedom's public profile and strengthen our reputation as an industry leader.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3 years of PR experience, with a proven track record of driving media placements and securing major brand features.

• A creative mindset and an unrelenting drive to make Freedom Property Investors the go-to name in property investment.

• A results-oriented attitude, focused on measurable outcomes and high-quality media exposure.

• Confidence in executing PR strategies and guerrilla marketing campaigns with the ability to build strong relationships and drive results.

• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft press releases, media kits, and compelling stories that capture attention.

• Experience with partnership management and executing high-impact campaigns across both traditional and digital media.
