Are you keen to learn a hands-on trade and start a career in the butchering industry?

Buckingham The Butchers, a well-known local business in South Bunbury, is looking for two full-time Apprentice Butchers to join our friendly team.

This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced tradespeople in a supportive, down-to-earth environment where no two days are the same.


About the Roles

We have two apprenticeship positions available:

  1. Gourmet Butchering Apprentice – Learn the art of preparing our renowned gourmet products, replacing our long-standing gourmet specialist who is soon retiring. You'll be trained in value-added products, display presentation, plus all facets of the butchering industry.
  2. Traditional Butchering Apprentice – Get hands-on experience in all the classics, including sausage making, boning, and carcass preparation.

No experience needed — just a great attitude and willingness to learn
