Job Description: We are currently seeking Casual Drivers to join our busy team at LASTS Transit. As a Casual Driver, you will play a crucial role in facilitating crew transfers, long-distance transfers, medical transfers, and other transportation services. You will work closely with our operations staff to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of transfers, all while upholding our company values and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct crew transfers to and from airports, towns, wharves, accommodation and client sites.

  • Perform cleaning and refuelling of vehicles.

  • Liaise with operations staff to ensure effective transfer operations.

  • Represent LASTS Transit with professionalism and integrity.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • WA C-class driver's license or higher

  • Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authorisation or ability to obtain

  • Right to Work in Australia.

  • Ability to pass security clearance for the issue of an MSIC.

  • Must pass pre-employment and ongoing random Drug and Alcohol screening.

  • Ability to use initiative and exercise common sense.

  • Availability for ongoing work and flexible hours.

  • Strong commitment to upholding company values, maintaining professionalism, and contributing to a positive team culture

Desired Qualifications:

  • LR driver's license (or higher).

  • Current MSIC holder.

  • Local site access inductions.

  • Previous experience in the transport industry.

  • Experience in using trailers.

  • Previous experience in Maritime Transfers.

Additional Information: This is a local Broome residential position
