Airside Performance Manager

This is a newly created role within our Airside Operations division, which maintains a safe, compliant, and efficient airfield in partnership with all airside operators at Brisbane Airport.

About the role

The Airside Performance Manager is responsible for the operational management, performance and safety of airside operations related to the servicing of aircraft. The Airside Performance Manager will focus on the effectiveness of assets and systems in the day of operations environment and short-term horizon.

In addition, the Airside Performance Manager is responsible for projects relating to the efficiency of apron operations. This role will also play a pivotal role in managing levels of performance across customer touchpoints relating to airside related functions.

About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.

You will require several years' experience in airport operational roles, which will ideally include leadership responsibilities. We are seeking a motivated individual, who has a record of optimising performance through people and processes.
