About The Role:

We're looking for an experienced barista to join our team at our Noosa roastery. This role is a part-time, hands-on role, working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong background working with specialty coffee.
• Experience with alternative brewing methods.
• The ability to pour latte art is essential.
• Great organisational and communication skills.
• Experience working in small teams or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• A love of learning and a willingness to help others grow too.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in specialty coffee
• Legal right to work in Australia
• Availability to work weekends as part of your roster

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee using alternative brewing methods.
• Cash handling.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
• Take orders "face to face", over the phone and / or electronically.
• Conduct an open & a close.
• Complete food safety & cleaning checklists.
• Ensure a safe workplace and abide by health and safety policies and procedures.
• Advise customers on suitable products.
