About the Role

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while expanding relationships with existing enterprise and government customers. This role spans the full business development cycle—from building trust and understanding client needs to crafting and closing complex, high-value solutions.

You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and work closely with senior decision-makers to align solutions with customers' mission-critical infrastructure and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with customers across national critical infrastructure and government sectors

  • Identify opportunities to deliver tailored cloud and infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close

  • Guide customers through every stage of their digital transformation journey, ensuring successful outcomes

  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and service teams to provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Represent the company at industry events, executive forums, and client engagements

  • Maintain an accurate and disciplined pipeline, consistently achieving growth and revenue targets

  • Contribute insights and feedback to enhance service delivery, solution development, and customer success

Your Background
  • Proven success in enterprise or government sales within cloud, ICT, or digital infrastructure environments

  • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and compliance-driven customers

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-year technology contracts

  • Skilled at translating technical requirements into clear, value-driven business outcomes

  • Confident engaging with senior executives, procurement leaders, and technical stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, consultative approach

  • Proficient in using digital platforms and CRM tools to manage engagement and pipeline

Mandatory Requirements
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance

  • Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and customer-first service standards
