Helbig Industries Pty Ltdtrading as HCAP Hydraulic Services prides itself being a hydraulic component repairer providing a wide range of in-house services from our workshop-based North of the River.

Our specialty is in Mobile Equipment, Hydraulic Cylinders, Pumps and Valves. We take a proactive approach to ensure that we work closely with our customers and that all components are repaired to the highest of standards utilising OEM specified products and procedures.

We are excited to start the recruitment process for an Experienced Hydraulic Cylinder Fitter/ Technician to join our enthusiastic team.

Role Summary:

This position will be working in a close kit enthusiastic team in our Wangara assisting with the building, rebuilding, and refurbishment of a range of hydraulic Cylinders and equipment. Our Fitters will receive the components from our customers, dissemble them (with a safety-first attitude) Perform full high-quality inspections (supported by precision measuring tools and equipment) Assembling components and then perform a range of testing activities, before assisting to prepare the components to be returned to our customers.

Previous Experience is highly desirable in the following areas

  • Component disassembly
  • Inspection / use of precision measuring equipment
  • Assembly/ fits and tolerances
  • Testing

Previous Experience repairing hydraulic cylinders is highly advantageous for this role, however, is you believe you have what it takes and an eye for detail please do not hesitate to apply for this role.
