Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafter located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for commercial and industrial projects, including service stations, retail, industrial, and car wash developments. Day-to-day tasks include creating conceptual designs, preparing DA and construction documentation, and collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and compliance with regulations. The Drafter will also be involved in revising existing designs and making necessary modifications as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software and drafting techniques using AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of building design principles and construction documentation
- Experience with commercial and industrial developments
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in drafting, architecture, or a related field
- Experience in preparing concept, DA, and construction designs is a plus
