Role Description

This is a casual on-site role, up to 30 hours per week, for a Senior Retail Sales Assistant located at our Hilton Store in Adelaide, South Australia. The Senior Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, managing inventory and processing transactions. The role involves ensuring the store is well-presented, maintaining strong product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Senior Retail Sales Assistant will assist with handling customer inquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills of at least 5 years
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on their own or in a team environment
  • Previous retail experience and knowledge of art, colour palettes, and interior design are preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
