Job Description
About the Role
As an M.J. Bale
stylist
, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a personalised service experience while helping them put together the perfect outfit. You'll contribute to the team's success by supporting daily store operations, driving sales, and representing our brand with confidence and care.

In This Role, You Will

  • Welcome and assist customers with genuine warmth and styling expertise
  • Offer product knowledge and outfit solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work closely with your team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Contribute to store presentation and stock management
  • Embody the M.J. Bale brand through every interaction
