As a My Home Plan Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping clients achieve their dream of home ownership. You'll create tailored strategies for savings, debt reduction, and credit repair, working closely with Resolve Brokers or Franchisees to identify challenges and develop solutions. What You Will Be Working On
The My Home Plan Specialist is supporting clients in savings, debt reduction and credit repair through our My Home Plan program. The role involves working with clients on budgeting strategies, to overcome financial obstacles and achieve home loan qualification, in collaboration with our business partners and Resolve Brokers.
Other key responsibilities include:
Confirm client's borrowing capacity and home and land package pricing with brokers, then relay information to our business partners
Schedule and conduct My Home Plan consultations, confirming client goals and desired package prices
Identify and address financial setbacks that the client may experience while participating within the My Home Plan program
Ensure compliance with NCCP policies and manage application and identification documentation
Monitor client progress, request supporting documentation and report on milestones and issues to relevant business partners and brokers
Who Will Be Successful
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
Knowledge of current financial market
Ability to identify client's current financial situation and recognise financial challenges
Strong time management and negotiating skills
Previous finance broking or lending experience is desired
