Are you passionate about cybersecurity, infrastructure reliability, and maintaining the smooth operation of technical environments? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer Microsoft AD, Group Policies, and FortiGate Firewall
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and services; automate redundant tasks
  • Implement security solutions and disaster recovery procedures
  • Monitor server performance, apply updates/patches, and manage software deployments
  • Support user accounts, permissions, and application installations
  • Collaborate with helpdesk and cross-functional teams
  • Provide reports on server availability, capacity, and performance
  • Manage support calls and assist with after-hours support.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years' experience in Windows Server administration and end-user IT support
  • Degree in IT or certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA)
  • Experience with FortiGate & IPSec VPNs (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of: Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP; Microsoft 365 & Exchange (Online/On-Prem); Virtualisation technologies (preferably Hyper-V); Firewalls & network security
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, EDR/AV, backups & tape libraries
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
