We're looking for a talented Electrical Engineer / Technical Officer to join our team at Balpara.

What you'll do

  • Deliver quality designs for overhead lines, underground networks, and distribution substations
  • Review project scopes and recommend practical design solutions
  • Apply Safety in Design principles and relevant industry standards
  • Manage design quality, cost, and time lines across multiple projects
  • Provide technical mentoring to junior engineers and technical officers
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance design efficiency and team performance

What you'll bring

  • Experience in distribution design projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Sound knowledge of Safety in Design
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering(or equivalent)
  • RPEV accreditation(advantageous)
  • AutoCAD proficiency(essential)
  • Experience with Revit or NEARA(a plus, not essential)
