3. You will be on the computer a lot. So, an understanding of management systems, email, navigating the web, and other computer-based tasks will be necessary.

4. You will be on the phone a lot. So, you need to enjoying talking with people and giving/getting direction.

5. You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people. You know, you need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good.

6. You aren't afraid of Dogs, Cats, Rabbits or Fish – we manage Pet Friendly Rentals

7. You always have time to grab a coffee on the way to an appointment and are still 5 minutes early

8. You have an operational mindset, always seeking opportunities for the betterment of the team

9. You don't need Facebook to help you remember 'Friends' birthday's and can keep track of how many times Grandma has died

10. You're able to navigate around the Southwest suburbs of Sydney better than Siri

11. You need to nail down the details. You don't need to race through work and get things done half-assed (we figured that one out ourselves). We need you to slow things down and get them done right.

12. We are looking for a good, fun person, who gets things done and loves being part of a motivated team

In short, your job is to manage and grow a portfolio... oh and to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn't fun??).

We're LJ Hooker Leppington | Austral, we pride ourselves of being at the forefront of technology that allows us to unite people with property right across the Southwest of Sydney and we're looking for a Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience with a proven track record.

We expect professionalism and punctuality, along with intelligence, energy, and a get it done attitude. You will be working with our highly motivated team and will be at the forefront of the initial customer experience for the business.

In addition to being a detailed person, you must follow systems and processes. We are looking to bring our new colleague on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit both in abilities and culturally.

The successful Superstar must have a current Driver's Licence, access to a reliable car and a current Real Estate License. Experience with PropertyMe, RP Data & IRE desirable.
