**_The Role:_**:

- Working as a full time Property Manager with your own portfolio of Landlord clients, you will oversee the daily management.
- Responsible for developing new business.

**_What You Need:_**:

- At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- The desire and motivation to deliver a premium Client experience
- A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Current Driver’s License & reliable car
- Experience with REST or PropertyMe, RP Data, Inspection Manager, IRE desirable
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wonderful and loyal team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Impeccable personal presentation
