This well-regarded residential landscaping company has established itself as a leader in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, creating bespoke outdoor spaces for some of the city's most prestigious homes.

Partnering with architects, designers, and builders, they specialise in high-end gardens that showcase premium craftsmanship, architectural finishes, and attention to detail.

With a strong reputation and a growing pipeline of luxury residential projects, they continue to expand while maintaining a supportive, close-knit team culture.

The Opportunity

The position is hands-on, allowing you to showcase your skills across structural landscaping, custom garden builds, stonework, and premium finishes, while also guiding and mentoring junior staff.

You will have opportunities to step into site management roles in the future, while enjoying the stability of permanent work, competitive pay, and the chance to work on some of Sydney's most exclusive residential projects.

The Role

  • Read and interpret plans
  • Site set out
  • Work in with a team
  • Structural landscaping - paving, sandstone, concrete, fencing etc
  • Softsapes - turfing, planting, mulching etc
  • Mentor Apprentices
  • Work in with an experienced Foreman

The Requirements

  • 2-3 years as a Qualified Landscape Tradesman
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction/Horticulture
  • A positive and up-beat attitude towards work
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
