Our experience brings with it premium wharf cartage and container transport services, with a focus on providing customers with complete logistics solutions including warehousing, container pack/unpack, distribution, over-dimensional, heavy haulage, project logistics and Australia wide bulk haulage.

Due to continued growth, Symons Clark Logistics is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Stacker / Loader Operator to join our Regional Mining Operations Team at Prominent Hill.

In this key operational role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of containers and bulk materials on site, supporting our transport operations and ensuring all loading activities are completed to the highest safety and compliance standards.

This position operates on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster, with Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) or Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) options available depending on your location. Accommodation and meals are provided while on site.

What you will be doing…

• Operating Reach Stacker and Loader equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company and site procedures.
• Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting maintenance or safety issues.
• Loading and unloading containers in line with operational schedules.
• Managing and maintaining accurate loading documentation.
• Coordinating with truck drivers and site supervisors to ensure timely movements.
• Ensuring materials are handled, stored, and loaded in compliance with site safety and environmental standards.
• Supporting general yard and site operations as required.

Do you have…

• Current Reach Stacker Licence and Loader Ticket.
• Demonstrated experience operating heavy equipment in a transport, logistics, or mining environment.
• Strong understanding of safe loading practices and load restraint requirements.
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and site safety procedures.
• A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work FIFO or DIDO on a 2/1 roster.

• Successful applicants will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Police Check.
